China Airlines to DOT Honolulu without stopping in Beijing


The first aviation agreement between Hawaii and China could begin this fall, when a request for Hainan Airlines, China's largest private airline, is approved.

Hainan Airlines has the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Ministry of Transport of Hawaii, was the first non-stop between Beijing and Honolulu.

"We are very pleased to finally bridge to Hawaii and in China, a connection between the two main cities of Beijing and Honolulu, said Joel Chus, eating in general for North America from Hainan Airlines.

The new service is primarily for the Chinese tourists, as one of the most promising new markets Hawaii.
